From Baltimore: Take I-70 West toward Frederick; Take Exit 68 toward Mt. Airy/Damascus; Turn left onto MD 27 South Ridge Road; Turn left onto 355 South; Turn right onto MD-118 towards Germantown, At the second traffic light make a right turn onto Seneca Meadows Parkway. Make a left onto the driveway of the OBA Bank Building.

From Western Maryland: Take I-70 East toward Baltimore, enter I-270 South toward Washington, DC, take Exit 15A (MD 118) toward MD 27 - Damascus, turn left at Seneca Meadows Parkway. Make a left onto the driveway of the OBA Bank Building.

From Central and Eastern Maryland: Enter on I-95 South toward the Washington, DC area, take Exit 38B (MD-32 W) toward Columbia. Take the MD-108 exit, turn left onto MD-108 (Clarksville Pike). After crossing MD-97 (Georgia Avenue) travel for about five miles and turn left onto Dorsey road, then turn left onto Warfield Road. Continue on Warfield Road after crossing Woodfield Road (MD-124) and make a left turn onto Goshen Road (4-way stop sign). Travel south on Goshen and make a right turn onto Centerway Drive, then left onto Montgomery Village Avenue. Turn right onto MD-355 (Frederick Road). Go north on MD-355, crossing Middlebrook Road and at the next light turn left onto MD-118 (Germantown Road). Turn right at the second stop light onto Seneca Meadows Parkway. Make a left onto the driveway of the OBA Bank Building.

From Virginia: Take I-495 and head toward I-270 N, take Exit 15A, stay on left lane and turn right on MD-118. Turn left at Seneca Meadows Parkway. Make a left onto the driveway of the OBA Bank Building.
